Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or another major carrier, depending on the destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the package online.
Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

Check with household members and neighbors.

Look around entrances, porches, mail rooms, and parcel lockers.

Contact your local post office or carrier location with your tracking number.

After checking the above, you may contact the shop for assistance and any information needed to open a carrier investigation, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Errors

If an address error is reported before shipment, it can be corrected; after shipment, responsibility shifts to the carrier and the address provided at checkout.

Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
