Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address entered at checkout, so please double‑check your details before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or another major carrier, depending on the destination.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the package online.

Delivery Confirmation

  • An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

    • Check with household members and neighbors.

    • Look around entrances, porches, mail rooms, and parcel lockers.

    • Contact your local post office or carrier location with your tracking number.

  • After checking the above, you may contact the shop for assistance and any information needed to open a carrier investigation, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Errors

  • If an address error is reported before shipment, it can be corrected; after shipment, responsibility shifts to the carrier and the address provided at checkout.

  • Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
