Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except in cases of damage or seller error.
Physical Redemption Cards & QR Code Products

Listings clearly state in the Important Details section that:

The Returns & Support section explains that because each code is single‑use, returns and exchanges are not accepted once shipped, and buyers are asked to contact the shop directly if they have any issue with their order.
No Returns / No Refunds for One‑Time‑Use Codes

Once a redemption card has been shipped, it cannot be returned or resold safely because the QR/code is a one‑time activation.

For this reason, refunds and returns are not accepted for:

Shipped physical redemption cards.

Orders where the buyer has started or completed the redemption process.

Changing your mind after receiving or attempting to redeem the code does not qualify for a refund, as the product has been provided as described and the code cannot be reused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact the shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Valid cases of damage or seller error will be reviewed and resolved with either a replacement or another appropriate solution, at the seller’s discretion.
