Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Important Product Disclosure

Next Gen Cards sells physical QR redemption cards. The item mailed to the customer is the physical QR redemption card itself.

The customer is not purchasing the traditional physical player card shown in the product preview, and no separate physical player card will be mailed after redemption.

Each physical redemption card contains a unique, single-use QR code. Scanning the QR code opens Next Gen Cards redemption instructions. After the buyer completes the disclosed instructions and provides the required account information, Next Gen Cards delivers the specified digital collectible through the applicable official Topps app identified in the product listing.

The Next Gen Cards QR redemption card is not a standard manufacturer-issued Topps redemption card or a six-digit Topps redemption code. The QR redemption card and its instructions are provided by Next Gen Cards.

Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the package has been physically accepted by USPS or another shipping carrier.

An order is considered shipped when carrier tracking shows an acceptance or possession scan. Creating a shipping label by itself does not mean the order has shipped.

Once the carrier has accepted the package, the order can no longer be canceled.

Final Sale After Carrier Acceptance

Once a physical QR redemption card has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it is considered final sale.

Because each QR code is unique and single-use, a mailed redemption card cannot be reliably verified as unviewed, uncompromised, or unused if it is returned. It therefore cannot safely be returned to inventory or resold.

After carrier acceptance, orders are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including:

  • The buyer changes their mind.
  • The buyer no longer wants the item.
  • The buyer expected a traditional physical player card despite the disclosures on the product page and during checkout.
  • The buyer does not want to use the applicable Topps app.
  • The buyer does not want to create or maintain the required app account.
  • The buyer refuses or fails to complete disclosed account-certification or redemption requirements.
  • The buyer has started or completed the redemption process.
  • The buyer refuses delivery or returns the package without authorization.
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with the fact that the collectible delivered through redemption is digital when that fact was disclosed before purchase.

Returning the physical QR redemption card does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

Exceptions

The final-sale restriction does not apply when Next Gen Cards determines that one of the following occurred:

  • The order was not shipped.
  • The carrier confirms that the package was lost before delivery.
  • Next Gen Cards shipped the wrong redemption card.
  • The physical QR redemption card arrived materially damaged and cannot be scanned or used.
  • The QR code was invalid or had already been used before the buyer’s first redemption attempt.
  • Next Gen Cards is unable to provide the specified digital collectible as described in the product listing.
  • A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
  • Another verified seller error prevented the buyer from receiving the purchased product.

For a valid claim, Next Gen Cards will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include completing the redemption, replacing the redemption card, replacing the digital collectible, or issuing a refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

A carrier delivery scan is evidence that the package was delivered to the address supplied with the order.

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, the buyer should contact Next Gen Cards promptly and check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, and the local carrier office.

A claim that a delivered package cannot be found does not automatically qualify for a refund. Next Gen Cards will review the tracking information, shipping address, customer communications, and any carrier investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Invalid Items

Claims involving an incorrect item, material shipping damage, or an invalid code should be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery or the buyer’s first redemption attempt.

The buyer should provide:

  • The order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the physical redemption card and packaging when applicable.
  • Any error message received during the redemption process.

The buyer should not post or share the complete QR code publicly.

These reporting periods help Next Gen Cards investigate claims promptly and do not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Third-Party App Requirements

The buyer is responsible for maintaining an eligible account with the applicable third-party app and completing any account, profile, certification, or verification requirements disclosed before purchase.

Any fee charged directly by Topps or another third-party platform is separate from the purchase made from Next Gen Cards and is not collected or controlled by Next Gen Cards.

A buyer’s refusal or failure to complete disclosed third-party account requirements is not considered seller error when Next Gen Cards remains ready and able to deliver the purchased digital collectible as described.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

When an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the buyer may be responsible for any additional shipping charge required to resend it. A returned package does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Contact and Applicable Law

Customers experiencing a problem should contact Next Gen Cards through the website contact form before initiating a payment dispute so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
